ASEAN Talent is operated by ASEANTALENT. We act as data controller for candidate and employer information collected through this site.
We use your data to match candidates to roles, run the recruiting process, verify identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal data.
Candidate profiles are only shared with an employer after you accept a specific opportunity, unless you have opted in to the consultant-visible directory. We use service providers (cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics) bound by confidentiality and data-protection commitments.
Because we operate across ASEAN and Japan, your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards where required.
We keep candidate data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to support re-engagement, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.
You can access, correct, export or delete your data from your profile at any time, or by emailing privacy@aseantalent.com. Singapore residents can also raise a concern with the PDPC; other ASEAN and Japan residents can contact their local data-protection authority.
We use encryption in transit, row-level authorisation on every table, and least-privilege access for staff. No system is perfect; report suspected issues to security@aseantalent.com.
We will notify you of material changes by email or in-product notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy. See also our Terms of Service.
