Special Process Technician (Heat Treat/Plasma)

Job Description Masking, grit blasting, and chemically cleaning parts to prepare for coating or heat treatment. Operating vacuum furnaces for processes like hardening, tempering, annealing, and brazing. Setting up and performing plasma spray coating, judging spray flow and speed for precision. Measuring coating thickness, maintaining logs, ensuring work meets specifications and quality requirements. Using stackers and other machinery to move materials and parts. Completing paperwork, system tran
