Operations Coordinator (Deployment Planning)

Job Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate the deployment of instructors for training sessions and sorties. Track and verify monthly training services and submit the relevant claims. Support the preparation of monthly updates on instructor deployment and training claims. Track and consolidate internship training hours, claims and quotations. Provide administrative support for training-related activities. Coordinate base access clearance for instructors, employees and other authorised personnel.
