Branch Manager

Main Duties & Responsibilities: Report directly to Operation Manager Overall responsible and in charge of the branch’s smooth operations. This includes achieving daily branch sales target, meeting all staff (including SM, therapists and CSOs) monthly target, managing of staff’s leave applications approve staff’s OT, staff’s punctuality, staff’s appraisal, planning and updating on roster, update staff on all current promotions, making cold-calls to customers, handling customer’s complaint, staff’
