Job Descriptions: Report directly to Branch Manager Follow up on customer request, appointment, enquires, call, complaints and confirmation promptly To make cold call and any new leads call provided by the company Re-confirm customer’s appointment a day before their treatment To follow-up service call to customer after treatment (three days) Responsible to deliver and provide Quality Services Daily data entry for customers, staff and print report for compilation To ensure the cleanliness standar
