Key Account Executive - WCAN

Responsibilities: Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly. Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable products or services. Identify upselling, cross-selling, and business development opportunities within existing accounts. Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
