Human Resource Officer – 5.5 day week -Singaporeans only • Collaborate closely with HR team and related departments to deliver a full spectrum of HR services to the assigned departments. • Provide guidance to Line Managers on performance management related matters, resolve ER issues and address grievances, training & development, payroll matter • Participate in leadership meetings and proactively provide inputs to the development of business and operational plans/ initiatives. • Work effecti
