DevOps Manager – Telecom BSS/OSS (Application & Delivery Management)

About the Role We are looking for an experienced DevOps Manager to take end-to-end ownership of Telecom BSS/OSS application portfolio. This role combines application lifecycle management, onsite–offshore delivery leadership, and senior stakeholder engagement. You will be the primary point of contact between business/IT stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring stability, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement across a multi-vendor telecom ecosystem.
