Technical Support Engineer (Chinese Speaking)

Responsibilities: Provide technical installation for on-site installation and online calls. Provide on-site service and support to customers; not limited to local customers. For instance, problem verification, solution, and checking defective items to investigate and repair. Set up, configure, and commission our products for customers. Handles technical inquiries and requests for quotations on technical services. Produce relevant reports for all work relating to on-site problems such as root cau
