Customer Relations Officer (CRO)

Job Description & Requirements We are looking for a Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to support HDB construction and upgrading projects. The CRO will serve as the main point of contact between residents, contractors, and authorities, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of resident feedback throughout the project duration. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison for residents, handling feedback and complaints related to construction activities (e.g. noise, dust, access iss
