📝 Job Responsibilities Understand and interpret Test Process Instructions (TPI) and provide guidance to production testers. Support operators during testing activities and troubleshoot test-related issues. Conduct basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production test failures. Create and maintain Golden Images (GI) for servers and ensure accuracy of test database information. Develop and configure rack test templates based on Bill of Materials (BOM) and Engineering Instructions (EI)
