Job Summary This role support airfreight/oceanfreight enquiries and quotations, coordination of shipments. Timely updates to customers and partners on shipment status Responsibilities Support airfreight and oceanfreight shipments enquiry, ensure timely reply. Liaise with global offices/agents with regards to sales-related. Provide in-house support to sales personnel in RFI, RFQ, SOP. Coordinate shipments with operation teams to meet delivery schedules.
