What you will be doing Plan and deliver structured swimming programmes for: Learn-to-Swim (LTS) Stroke Development Pre-Competitive and Competitive squads Monitor and evaluate swimmers’ progress, providing regular feedback to swimmers and parents Prepare swimmers for assessment
