Receive and check incoming goods against delivery orders and invoices. Verify quantity, quality, expiry dates, and packaging condition. Record stock movement accurately in inventory system or stock cards. Maintain FIFO / FEFO practices for all food items. Conduct regular stock counts and assist in monthly stock take.
