Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle hiring of local and foreign personnel job and integrating new hires. Experienced but not limited to JobsBank & able to access to different channels of recruitment both local and overseas, familiar in job fairs and their processes Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution and promote employee engagement. Ensure company’s adherence to local labour / employment laws Manage company's diverse mix of nationalities to be compliant under MOM Compass
