Daily Food Lab Duties  Daily upkeep of the food labs, including general cleanliness of food lab equipment, table tops, floor and sinks.  Daily upkeep of food lab facilities and equipment, including the hot water dispensers, refrigerators, ovens and stoves as well as the other appliances in the food labs.  Daily checks and maintenance of the placements of tools and utensils.  Daily management of food items in the fridges and other storage containers.
