Senior/ Business Development Executive (Integrated Facilities Management)

Responsibilities: · Support business development activities for IFM/FM projects · Prepare tender costing and pricing for IFM/FM projects and commercial coordination · Identify and follow up on new business opportunities and tender invitations · Coordinate tender submissions, pricing inputs, and proposal preparation · Analyze tender specifications, drawings, and requirements · Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for quotation sourcing · Prepare manpower costing and operational cost breakdown
