OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Description: Oversee and manage a team of cleaning staff/supervisors to ensure the efficient and effective cleaning of all assigned areas. Facilitate the planning of the cleaning schedule and the deployment of manpower. Conduct regular inspections on project site’s cleanliness and client’s feedback to ensure both cleaning team standards and client’s expectations are met. Meet up with client’s representative every week, to build rapport and to collect performance feedback of every department.
