Operations Officer (Cross-Border Trucking)

Job Scope • Takes bookings from customers for export & import cross-border trucking shipments • Handles customer services, complaints and process paper documentation • Applies for local & overseas customs permits for cross-border trucking • Coordinates customers’ inquiries and requests • Attends to problems and customers’ complaints • Attends to delivery of goods as and when they arrive • Ensures that the cargoes are delivered according to customers’ requirements • Updates receiving and delivery
