Job Responsibility: · Preparation and production of assorted pastries and puddings · Ensure all products are produced with consistency and in accordance to the manual and the central kitchen processing SOP. · Ensure all kitchen equipment are well maintained and cleaned properly according to the food safely standard and procedures · Receive, pack and store raw ingredients and finished products according to their required tempe
