About the Role We are seeking a Software Lead to lead the firmware and software development team. This role combines technical leadership and hands-on development responsibility for SDK, firmware, and embedded software supporting SparkGrid optical communication products. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and mentor software engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of SDK and firmware for chips and devices. · Drive software architecture, technical roadmap, and development best practices.
