M&E Coordinator (HDB/Condo/Landed Projects)

Coordinate M&E installation works and liaise with contractors and consultants. Ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Support troubleshooting of M&E systems and resolve installation challenges. Monitor site progress and report issues. Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. At least 3 years’ experience in M&E works for HDB, Condo, and Landed projects. Knowledge of M&E systems, site coordination, and construction standards.
